Marc has been involved in Customer engagement projects form over 20 years. In both B2B and B2C environments, his role was to create insight, optimize and streamline the interactions between the business and the user or consumer. His role at Carrefour reinforced this knowledge in tuning raw data into actionable insight to optimize customer engagement and campaign management.
Marc started his early career researching application the possibilities of neural networks and Artificial Intelligence. The combination of his passion for analytics and for customer behaviour enabled him to manage large programs and teams in the areas of BI, CRM, Marketing Automation and OmniChannel Customer Engagement. During his career, he had the chance to share and enrich his expertise with leading companies in sectors like telecom, retail, finance, and media.
